Our Mission

North Texas is growing and serves as a destination for people as they look to raise families, work, and recreate. Community leaders and local elected officials want to ensure that north Texas remains that kind of place. Allowing High Roller Group to build a 600+ acre cement plant near schools, churches, houses, and businesses – a facility whose operations will create enormous levels of air, light, and noise pollution and endanger our water supply and local roads – is not the right kind of growth. Join us to ensure that we stop construction of High Roller Groups’ BM Dorchester cement plant.

High Roller Group is not a good partner.

High Roller Group was implicated in a bribery scheme, in which Texas Railroad Commissioner Wayne Christian, who had been seeking reelection in 2022, received a donation for $100,000 from High Roller Group three days after he approved the holding company’s application to build an oil waste disposal site. High Roller Group ultimately donated $250,000 in campaign contributions to Christian and three other commissioners who ruled on the project.
